University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Department of Residence Life is a featured program.
A special part of staff training at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh takes place at Camp Onaway on the Chain ‘o Lakes in Waupaca, WI. At Camp the staff participates in activities that help them get to know each other better so they develop into a strong team in the halls. They gain self confidence and confidence in their colleagues. They also have an opportunity to learn to work together to accomplish goals while developing trust in one another. Most importantly the staff has an opportunity to have a nice time as they enjoy nature, learn, and develop as a community.
