This program works well during finals week as a de-stresser.
Have residents write what they are stressed about with Sharpies on balloons. Then have push pins or pens and have residents pop the balloons. Resident can also stomp on the balloons if they want to.
Tips:
**Make sure non-latex balloons are used in case of allergies!
**100 balloons went in less than 1 hour, as many people popped multiple.
