Magazine cut out letters with ice breaker follow up

September 11, 2014 by reslife

Supplies Needed: Magazines, scissors, tape, construction paper

Cut out large letters from a magazine to spell the person’s name. Arrange them on a piece of construction paper and glue them on. For your first floor meeting or program have your residents bring their name tags to the meeting/program. Have magazines, glue and scissors available and ask your residents to cut out pictures from the magazines that represent them, and add them to the door tag. Residents spend time at the meeting/program sharing information about themselves and the pictures they have selected, and then they re-hang their door tags on the door.
