Cut out a red mug with a green snowflake on it with the name under the snowflake. Bend 3 black pipe cleaners so they are squiggly and look like steam coming out of the mug.
Make a corresponding bulletin board that provides residents with ideas about how to entertain them selves on a snow day stuck in the residence halls.
