At the floor meeting prior to finals I will have each of my residents write down a good study tip and sign it with their name and room. During finals week I will get a batch of brownies and place each tip on a toothpick in the brownie. I’ll go around to each room handing out the brownies and checking up on how my resident’s finals are going. The community builder is good because it gets the residents to help each other out during finals and gives me an excuse to talk to them a little bit before the semester ends.
